Rodolpho was on time, worked hard, and was very courteous in answering all my questions. Very conscientious in putting on protective booties and laying down sheets. Spotted a few vents I never knew were there! Two minor items: 1. He left a sheet here. [Call me soon to arrange a pickup if you want it back.] 2. He knocked into a coax connection in the wall next to one vent and I had to have Comcast reset my TV the next day to regain signal. Determined my age and gave me a better senior discount than the coupon I had from Home & Garden Show.
