Review content:
The Duct Works technician, Felipe, arrived on time, came in for an overview of the duct locations, explained how he would approach the job, what was required for access for two vents that were under a table supporting an aquarium tank and then went to work. Although we have a small house with only 11 air vents, Felipe gave each vent his complete attention and worked diligently to ensure that every scrap of dust and grime was removed. I was at home while Felipe was performing his tasks and was quite pleased with the quality of work that Felipe performed. Felipe's work ethic and professionalism are to be commended and a positive reflection on the caliber of people employed by Duct Works.
