My technician, Dean, rang my doorbell at exactly 8:30, as scheduled. He completed our large, three-story house in about six hours and did a thorough, professional job. Another "low ball" duct cleaning company had cleaned the ducts some years ago but let all the debris fall into the furnace coils, where it blocked the drain and cauded damage to our furnace. Ductworks was recommended to me by my furnace repairman and I was not disappointed. Dean answered all my questions and showed me every step of the way what he was doing and why. He didn't rush and did a complete, professional job. He was careful to keep our house clean, which my wife appreciated. I'd recommend Ductworks and Dean to anyone who asks.
