Review content:
This is my first experience getting our air ducts cleaned. I wanted a company that provided a quality service with well trained technicians. Also, our air vents were painted and was concerned that the walls/paint would be damaged when removing the vents. Kyle, technician, explained everything and described how he would carefully remove the vents, but there is always a chance of slight damage. I appreciate honesty.
Kyle also informed me that he needed to cut holes in the ducts. He was certified and explained he had done this hundreds of times. Experience and quality workmanship was more important than price.
Kyle did a great job. No damage to the walls and the access panels he created were well done.
I would recommend Duct Works. They are not the cheapest, but their workmanship is excellent. Definitely worth the money.
