This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hardware store. Usually the stores like this one have excellent service. I was at Home Depot the other night and I had a fantastic experience. I can not get into detail about what happened due to need for obscurity around the topic, but the owners, whom were both terribly rude because I questioned one of their business practices, would not even give out their names (I didn't ask for last, they were not trying to protect any privacy) for me to make sure they were the highest authority. I will never return and I will tell all of my Midtown friends and family the same!
Pros: The merchandise is the only thing thatt's ok
Cons: Everything service oriented. Owners act like children. ETC!!
