Review content:
I was impressed with the people that provided my services - kind, caring, and making my visit the best they could. What I was NOT impressed with was the business organization. My biggest COMPLAINT was about a misplaced gift certificate. The owners of Villaggio seem to prefer making money then creating a customer orientated business. They keep no records in order to make sure your gift certificate is secured. They do keep track of all gift certificate purchases, but claim that they don't reference whether the certificates are used or not. Having misplaced my certificate while moving they tell me I am out the $160.00 that my husband spent on my Valentine present. That is just plain poor business that aims to collect on lost certificates and not satisfy their costumers. Pros: Service providers were excellent Cons: Owner's sense of customer satisfaction
