I have to give Pat zero stars. I went there based on the reviews on line and experienced excuse after excuse of why things went wrong. Breaks went bad, a newly repaired panel flew off, a one week job turned in to 3 weeks. We returned so things could be made right and were disappointed when a one to two day job took 4 days and was sub par when we received the car back. Pat was great at explaining why things went wrong and awful at delivering quality service in a timely fashion. Something is seriously wrong with this shop. Pat is a very nice man, I hate to write a negative review, but really feel I was taken advantage of and don't want anyone else to experience what I did.
