Before I discovered Darla and hot yoga here I was always afraid of the heat. But this instructor and the practice of hot yoga have truly changed my life. My mind is more focused, my body is limber, and the aches and pains I lived with on a day to day basis for years are now a thing of the past. Darla is warm, caring, and reminds us that we don't ""do"" yoga, we practice. Each session my body changes, each class is a unique journey of mind and body. Positive, spiritual, beneficial, supportive, sweet, caring. Join us. We welcome you. (PS - I've dropped inches in the process, and look years younger!)
