This was the first time I used A&A, but the it was a great experience. The initial call to set up the appointment proved to me that they are professional, courteous, and strive for high customer service. I was able to make the appointment for the specific day I wanted. They called me first thing that morning to confirm the appointment and they arrived right on time. Jose gave a demonstration on a heavily soiled area before proceeding. When I gave him the go-ahead, he gave me a quote for the rest of the house (which was very similar to the quote I received over the phone). My carpet looks fantastic! They got out ALL of the stains (and I have a puppy, so there were a lot!) and my carpet is fluffed and new-looking. I will definitely use them again!
Pros: Great Customer Service; Friendly Staff; Detailed explanation of process
Cons: A little more expensive than steam cleaning (but worth it)!
