I needed a replacement cover for my hot tub and took the measurements to this store. They don?t usually stock them, but had one in their warehouse that was the correct size. I paid $199. When I got it home, it turned out that while the measurements were correct, the corners on this cover were rounded while the corners on my hot tub are square. It would not fit.
I felt that since they are Jacuzzi dealers, they know that the corner radius varies from model to model, and should have asked me that question. They refuse to let me return the cover because I tried it on my spa for 30 seconds. How else was I going to find out if it fit? Now I?m out $199 and I still need a cover!
Is this the way to treat your customers? I don?t think so!
