Review content:
My husband and I brought in our E430 for servicing, while waiting, we met Ned, a salesman (I use that term lightly). He was aggresive and rude, telling us he needed $500.00 to prove we were serious to run our financials. He did not offer a test drive on a ML350 I was interested in. I came back a few hours later after getting bad news on my E430, ready to buy a new vehicle. I literally told the salesman I was ready to buy a car that day. Ned turned me off so much, I walked out, drove 4 miles down the street, and bought a ML350 at S & E auto with less mileage and a full nav system, better deal than they tried to saddle me with, and the red carpet was rolled out. Mercedes of Westwood is run by pompous idiots that need to learn customer loyalty and the way to speak with people that are about to plop down a large amount of money. Pros: its Mercedes! Cons: sales not customer oriented
