To whom this may concern-
Renting from elder broach has been the WORST thing I have ever done. I have lived at my property for several months...location amazing..house...looks good because my home decor. If it wasnt for that It would possibly be the dumbest thing ever. When I first went to view the property It was disgusting and dirty nothing cleaned and this was 2 days before move in. I was told oh no worries it will be clean. Move in was pushed back a day due to cleaning. & painting. There was water damage in my bedroom that they covered with paint and still looks BUMPY and like the ceiling could cave in. The outside of the home NEEDS to be presure washed and i was told point blank it would be done. well that was november 15th...its now january 19th...thats 3 months..and it has still YET to be done. I just got off the phone with GREG the maintanice jerk who was VERY rude and told me it's not gonna get done till the owner wants to do it..and he doesn't want to pay for it. It's the homeowners asc. who takes care of it..but the house isn't due till 2014 to be cleaned so there for the owner needs to come out of pocket!
THIS IS JUST SO STUPID! He was very rude to me repeating himself over and over basically just talking to me like a child. Thenn I have a leaky toilet he said it could be up to a week before they come out..and just to use another one..UM HELLO I CANT USE THE ONE IN MY OWN BATHROOM??? They sure do expect rent on time like clockwork but they have no qaulms about not wanting to come fix crap.
I am SO fed up with them, not to mention they never asnwer the phone..they always send you to someones voice mail and take their sweet time to call back. I can't wait till november to move the heck out and find a better place!!!!
I wish i could give these people NO stars unfortunately i have to give them at least 1..
