WAYNE PELHANK seems like a good guy that is until you actually rent from him. Once you rent from he the real guy comes out. He NEVER listens to your complaints. We had a water leak for 3 days before he came out and fixed it. Mold grew and we were forced to clean it. He never answers the phone, awlays a machine and he NEVER calls back, you have to call daily until he finally gets annoyed enough to answer. You have to send mail certified and he still claims he did not receive it even though you have his signature on t he return receipt. He lies about the condition and what will be fixed to lure you in then NOTHING gets done the entire time. The grounds are disquisting, owners do NOT pick up after their pet whatsoever, the garbage is never picked up from the dumpster, weeks go by and their is then garbage floating around outside the grounds. It is disquisting!!! He trys to extend your lease without your permission. He keeps your deposit for MONTHS after you move out then makes up bogus excuses as to why he takes your money. If you call about it he harrasses you and uses abusive language. For example he told me wife ""your an idiot"" ""get the F*** over it ...""..He claims that if you call the city he will evict you they are on his side. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUM LANDLORD. HE CARES about his rent money and that is it!!!!
