I live between New York City and Danville, CA. I have spent over $500 at hip New York Salons. My best haircut ever is from Julie Brun at Phoenix. She is so pleasant and takes her time to always give you the perfect haircut. She also shows you how to style your hair at home. Phoenix has fabulous products such as Burn candles, Kerastase hair care and Eminence organic skin care. Ask for Cynthia. She know the best treatments for your hair and skin types. This is a 10plus salon!
Pros: Great neighborhood shopping.
Cons: Parking is sometimes difficult. They will gladly feed the meter for you if the parking lot is full.
