Review content:
I had a awful experience, the stylists are considered rookies to me. I showed up on time to my appointment, I checked in at the (back desk) not front desk, told the girl at the counter who I was and my appointment time. The girl told me to go sit up front in the waiting area and the stylist will be with me shortly, so I did. 40 minutes later the girl who was supposed to do my hair came up and asked me who I was, she had been in the back smoking a cigarette or eating or something. She blamed me for not letting her know that I was there waiting. So she had some other client coming in that time so she had four other girls shampooing and coloring my hair, while she attended her next client. How unprofessional is that!?
Pros: very pretty salon, great location
Cons: professionalism, unorganized, wait time
