I've been with Cirro for years until recently. They have steadily increased rates saying that I didn't sign a new contract. Why sign a contract with someone taking advantage? AIso they only give you a few days to pay each month- AND they don't make it easy. They remain - unregistered with the top banks. ie - Chase and/or BofA - it takes a week to get payment to them. Cirro prefers you pay them on THEIR terms - on thier site which is inconvenient when all others can be paid from bank site. Also, my final payment was exhorbatant. Guess they don't like you to switch, but I'm loving Green Mountain and feeling better about using their cleaner energy too.
Cons: It's true- they do increase dramatically with no warning
