i just wanted to say please dont' rent from these people. they may seem nice when you first meet them but later on they are real assholes. and this has happened to alot of people. they won't fix any thing, i've told them about the furnace many times about how it will back fire and shoot fire out of one side of the furnace they said it was normal and refused to fix it. i told them about about it a year later and they said that they don't want to fix it. if i could give zero stars i would. without notice they will just unlock your door and walk right in and look around(this has happened to many people). they did it to me and when i asked about it and try to file a police report the landlords said they can do whatever they want with out notice. and if you try and move out and when you move they will try to take you to court for more money. they never give back your deposit no matter how clean the place is. so in the end please don't rent from them they are bad evil people who don't deserve to do this to good people. just stay away from webco property management.
