This doctor has an extremely knowledgeable and courteous staff! From my initial telephone call on, everything was done to facilitate an exceptional experience. Speaking with Dr. Heinz' assistant gave me confidece they could navigate through Tricare (my insurace carrier) to ensure my authorization was approved. At the initial consultation, it was a pleasure to finally meet the smiling staff whom I had previously spoken with. The waiting room and facility was pristine and tranquil. The exam rooms were done up in an atmosphere reminiscent of a spa, not some sterile treatment room. The cairs were opulently plush, a terrycloth robe awaited my donning and high fashion magazines were there for me to peruse. When I met Dr. Heinz, he was extremely personable and instilled a faith in me that my previously unsuccessful surgeries could be corrected. The outcome was nothing short of miraculous and I have walked away amazed at the improvement! I just want to say thank you for the best eperience I have had thus far with a surgical team-nothing more could possibly have done to facilitate this incredible journey! I am immensely pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this exceptional team to my friends, family, coworkers or fellow citysearch perusers. His handling of my difficult case was phenomenal!
