My experience with Sleep Source was better than one could ever expect! My husband and I bought a bed from them a few months ago and the bed did not work out for me. My husband liked it but I was very uncomfortable. I was hesitant to even go back to Sleep Source with my concern because I knew they wouldn't be able to resell the bed and I was a couple months past the ""30 day guarantee"" they offer. BUT....I did. I went back and Rodney, the owner, was there and I told him I did not like the bed I bought from them a few months ago. He listened to my concerns and I acknowledged that there may be nothing he could do to help me, but he did. He exchanged the bed - helped me pick out one that would be better suited for us and will have it delivered and the other one picked up all for a small restocking fee. He even felt bad charging the restocking fee but I was thrilled! I honestly went in there expecting a simple ""no"" or maybe even a deal on a different bed but Rodney/Sleep Source went above and beyond. The customer service we received the first time and this time was best in class. My mom ended up purchasing a bed from them now too because of how wonderful they are! They know beds and they know CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! An added bonus - they are locally owned / operated! highly recommend Sleep Source!!!
