This is the worst place I have ever rented! The first day I moved in, the place was not cleaned, things were broken, the diswasher did not work, the washer and dryer did not work. There were bugs flying around in the apartment, fleas jumping all over you. The ducks were horrible camping out on the patio looking for food. The walls are paper thin. If you live in an upstairs, it gets extremely hot during the summer. Leaky faucets and high water bills. I had to get out of there. I can't believe how The Breeden Company talked about the integerity of the company and their rental properties are upstanding but yet they allow Auburn Place to lease/rent the apartments in the horrible conditions that they are in. They lied!
