Within 2 monts of each other, my family has had to accidents..one our fault and one the other person's fault. The first was mine, I backed up into a Volvo S90 hard and wrecked rear quarterpanel and rear bumper. We were on to Disneyland the following day. I called Bill @ Big E and asked if my cart could be fixed while we were gone. Sure, he said,, just drop off on your way to the airport and when you get back, come straight from the airport and pick it up...and that;s just what happened...simple, easy, and fast when you let Big E handle EVERYTHING. Picked up and it was sparkling clean, looked brand new without a trace of damage - Perfect. Then about 2 months latter an older man and his wife in a big 350 truck ran into my wife and pushed her into the car in front of her so front and back damage, Again, I let Big E take care of EVERYTHING, rental car, insurance ( mine and at fault driver's) and it was back quickly and in brand new condition. Let Big E handle everything and just wait for their call that your car is repaired perfectly and ready to go. And it will be cleaned inside and out. No problems, just satisfaction. Try them, you'll see.
