I ordered a Tron Le Pinball machine and unfortunately when it arrived it did not work properly. Brian came out and seemed like a nice enough guy. He came out and worked on the machine and said we had to get parts from Stern. The parts cam and a few days later he showed up. He started to work on the machine and I told him I had to go to work. I called him and asked him what was going on. He told me that he couldn't fix it and I had to call the company I purchased it from. I came home and the basement was a mess. The glass was off the machine in the corner. The lock down bar was on the floor, The balls from the machine were gone.(Where are they) The manual was strewn across the floor. I called and left a message and have not yet had a reply. What is this guy thinking???????
