Review content:
I rented a management corp property for six months. I'm a pretty clean person because of my ocds and working nights I was hardly ever home. My rent was always on time and management never had a problem with me. They were fine until I moved out. I spent three days with one of my friends cleaning the place from top to bottom and then they not only took my entire deposit, but sent me an invoice for an additional $65. Such charges included $10 for sending me the bill, $50 for going through the process, $20 for a cleaning lady who went to look at the place and couldn't get in and then outrageous amounts for cleaning the blinds and carpets. My advice to you is definitely take lots of pictures when you move in and make sure they have a time stamp. Then take some pictures when you leave as well. The only thing I did in that place was use some thumb tacks for some posters. That hardly amounts up to $400.
