Review content:
I bought a used vehicle from Lithia Boise with a salesman that was nice enough to work with except for the unusual amount of pressure and actual pleading to purchase the SUV (it was kind of sad). The dealership earned a 1 star rating (or worse) because we had the normal agreement that the vehicle had passed their used car inspection and it would be cleaned/detailed before handed over to me. When I went to pick up the SUV the next day it was only cleaned on the outside and the driver/passenger area, I guess they thought I wouldn't look and skipped the 2nd and 3rd row where there was actually gum stuck on a seat and somebody spilled pop in a cupholder - and to top it off the remote door unlock (FOB) was broken and they refused to replace it even though they had promised a working one prior to the deal. My fault for not getting that in writting - I'm guessing they found the cost of replacement was $150 and decided to ""forget"" that verbal agreement ever happened.
