Businiess name:  Premier Ambulette Transportation
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
This is a good company. 95% of drivers are professional, courteous, and above all, genuinely friendly. Jake, the manager is truly hands-on, and if there's ever a problem, it's taken care of quickly, and swiftly. However, there's a caveat: I only got to know the manager after 4 months of verbal abuse by the dispatchers (I'd never had medicaid transportation before, I assumed there was only one at the time) I've been threatened, told if I don't answer my phone when they call, I'll never get picked up again, yelled at, to the point of outrage. A complaint to my insurance company about the service led me to Jake, the manager, and never had a horrendous occurrence with them again. For transportation services, now that managed Medicaid is taking over as the other reviewer wrote, has been rather bumpy; forcing transportation services to juggle more and more customers in one trip. Addendum: When I refused to change this review, to a more glowing one, and add more stars, the manager requested I try another ambulette company as a comparison before returning to Premier.
