I am the Justin mentioned in the review below from PH59138. I have run this shop for 11 years. PH59138 did not put her name but since they have been coming here for years I recognized her from her picture. I had no idea she had any problems with our service on her last visit. I spoke with Carlos (who by the way is a fabulous person) about that day and he said he was unaware of any problems. I have since contacted them and tried to resolve the issue. As I would have and do anytime a customer has a concern.
If you are checking us out for the first time I think you will find that we do put the customer first.
