Review content:
I went to this business with a dual fuel vehicle after their service advisor assured me they could easily handle the job. Well, they kept the car for over a month, they charged almost double the agreed upon price, and they even ended up bringing the car to the dealership to fix their mistakes! The service advisor repeatedly lied about their work and what parts they replaced. I was told that factory parts were used, but they installed many cheaper aftermarket parts. I was also told they replaced some parts at their own expense, only to find out those parts were not replaced or didn't need replacing. They broke several components in the process of 'fixing' my car and would only give it back to me under the condition of 'No Warranty on Parts or Labor'! After an astronomical bill, it was exhibiting the same symptoms as when I brought it to them! While I like to see successful, competent businesses all around me, I don't believe this lying, incompetent business should even be licensed. My advice is avoid at all costs.
