Waiting a half hour to pick up your pets from boarding? I think that reviewer is exaggerating. I have boarded my dogs at Southern Hills for awhile now and have never had any problem whatsoever. In fact, one of my dogs who has always been shy/nervous around humans is now great with people and I have Southern Hills to entirely thank for that. His tail is wagging from the moment we step in the door because he knows he is in a safe and happy environment in Southern Hill's care.
