Even though the equipment is not be the newest out on the market this gym does offer a lot of value for the money, especially considering that this isn't one of the huge chain gyms, but a locally owned and operated business. The 2 locations in Austin are convenient, and both clubs offer a ton a classes. The fact that I do not have to pay extra for any of these classes (pool and spin classes are included along with everything else) is a HUGE PLUS. The staff is friendly and helpful - and their aerobics teachers are the greatest (Senta and Keri's classes are my favorite)! The clubs do offer tanning and child care at an extra fee, and the south location even has a salon on-site; prices for services are reasonable. Every once in a while they do offer members the option to sign up for pay-extra classes like Belly-dancing, and anyone interested can sign up. I have been a member of Gold's, Body Business, 24 Hour Fitness, and the ""Y"", and Premiere Lady is by far my favorite - personally I don't care if I am in an all-female or co-ed environment - because members are encouraged to be healthy and fit by the staff, and the staff is a wonderful representation of the meaning healthy and fit.
Pros: Great teachers and trainers
Cons: Need more locations
