I started my contract a with them 12 years ago and now I want to have a fitness center nearer my home. The process to cancel my membership (which was month to month after the first year) has been a nightmare. I have gotten two different sets of instructions about how to do it with neither of them saying that I could just come by the place and fill out the paperwork. I am still left with trying to get this done. NOT good at commuication. Getting my bank to change information and details of my checking and savings accounts was way easier! Just fax them...not Premiere Lady. Not a happy camper!
