Review content:
On 27 Jun 05, I brought several out of town guests to the Claim Jumper on Main Street in Park City. Our waitress was great, wish I could report her name. The salad was outstanding. However, 5 out of 7 quests ordered the supposedly ""prime"" filet -- which turned out to inedible...full of grizzle and not pleasing at all...certainly not the prime beef we had all experienced across the country (almost all of the meat went back on our plates, although it was cooked exactly to our specifications). The poor quality of the meat was brought to the attention of management ...and what we received, in turn, was a small dessert for the table. It hardly removed the bad taste of the meat.
