I listed my home for rent in the Northeast area of town. We listed the house a couple of weeks prior to actually vacating the home, they came out quickly and placed a sign and a lock box on the home, and took plenty of pictures. They listed my house on the MLS and AHRN right away, and got several leads. They were able to find us a renter right after we moved out at the rent amount we wanted. It's been great working with them, they wire the money into our bank account and send us monthly statements on all activity every month.
