Review content:
I went to the Strawberry Tub today with my 5 year old son and my 3 year old daughter. We live about an hour away from that store. I was visiting my mother and doing some errands. This was my last stop on my way home. I needed to mail an important package and shop for a birthday gift. I was in line to mail my package when my 3 year old daughter started squirming around and declared she had to go pee pee!! I still needed to mail my package and shop. But, she really had to go badly. So, I got out of line and asked the lady at the register if we could use the restroom. To my surprise I was told they do not have public restrooms. I told her, ""please, my baby HAS to go to the bathroom"". She still refused to let my daughter use the restroom. She said they don't have insurance for the back (whatever that means). I still said ""look, she's THREE years old and has to go to the bathroom"". Still she refused to let my 3 year old daughter use their bathroom. I was told I can walk over to Jack in the Box and use their bathroom or to another store. I was soooo furious. I can not believe they will not let their customers use their bathroom. And to tell them to go to another business to use their bathroom. I was not eating at Jack in the Box. I was shopping at the Strawberry Tub. I guess they expected me to leave with my two small children. Walk across the parking lot to use someone else's bathroom and them come back to mail my package and spend my money on a gift in their store. Wow! That is the worst customer service ever!!! I'm glad it was not a handicapped person or an elderly person needing to use the bathroom. Shame on them!!!!!!! I should have just let my daughter pee all over the floor in their store. Maybe they would change their mind about not letting little children use their bathroom. I will never shop there again. Neither will my sister or my friend. I will be sure to spread the word about their bathroom rule to everyone I know.
