I have had past experiences with Northwest and they were less than marginal under the old management. I Met the GM, Jim Hatfield and point blank told him that I would never step foot inside his dealership again. That was in Feb of 2011 and I can safely say that all the hard work by Jim and his Team have won me over. I have seen personally that customer service is their number one concern and right after that is their community involvement! I am with a Jeep group and have personally sent many of our members as well as new people there for service and car purchases.
From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted in a friendly manner and never feel pressured. This team actually takes the time to listen to what I want and work on helping me find the combination that will work for me. Thanks to all the hard work done here, I am and will be a customer of NWD for, at least as long as Jim Hatfield runs this operation!
