Unfortunately I had a bad experience too. I boarded 3 dogs there in early August and 2 of them came down with canine influenza. One was very sick and could have died. When I picked them up I noticed one coughing and the owner was there and said ""oh she must have just started to cough"" and said he had a problem with kennel cough and ""just wait a few days and it will go away"". Well, it didn't go away and she had a fever. My other dog developed symptoms later that week too. The vet bills were $750. I personally called the owner on 8/15 to inform him that he definitely did NOT have JUST Kennely cough but lab tests confirmed he had CANINE INFLUENZA. He told me he would be contacting his clients. There was no apology or hint of concern. I am heartbroken with guilt. I only boarded them for 3 days. They had a good reputation but I think they didn't take the appropriate precautions to contain this. Obviously the reviewer before me (cooper2003) had boarded his dogs there too at the same time. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
