Ultimately the job gets almost done. But you need to oversee the work, which will be done sloppy by the workmen unless you are always on top of them to correct it the right way. And don?t make final payment until all is finished right. Dean will promise to get back to you to do it, but doesn?t, and will then just ignore phone calls until you are so frustrated you stop and find someone else to correct the situation.
