Uncle Gio's was recommended to us by our best friends. My wife and I head to Nolensville from Nashville in search of the great Italian food that was described to us by our friends. We were told to ask for Antonio and make sure he was cooking. Antonio was off that evening and should never take off again. The food was horrible. Nothing particular stood out, but it was no good. It was luke warm and soggy. The sauce was a little watery and the meatballs were bland. Also our bartender was very arrogant and was to busy oggling at my wife and several other female patrons to get our drink order right while we waited to be sat. Not usually one to write reviews, expecially negative ones. ATTN: Uncle Gio your restaurant has tremendous potential!!!! Fix it. We told our friends about our experience and lack of Antonio and they advised us to try it again and to be certain Antonio was there next time. WE'll consider it and write another review if we chose to try again.
