Review content:
We are from the northeast and have parents who own an Italian restaurant up there. Uncle Gio has a REAL Italian menu! We have given this restaurant many, many chances to get their service right but for some reason they can't. And it's really too bad because he's gotten the food perfect and the setting ideally located (for us) in Brentwood and from Nolensville. The servers and the staff answering the phone don't know how to wait on people, what their menu includes, and have no idea how to take reservations for big parties and get them in on time. When they first opened they had trouble with the air conditioning, but ever since it's been a staff problem. Our neighbors and our friends and everyone we know has said this same thing................We LOVE the food......please GET YOUR STAFF RIGHT!!!! Your business could be doing so much better. Please don't make us talk my in-laws into moving down here to open up their restaurant! You and your nephews seem to be nice, hard working businessmen.......GET EMPLOYEES WHO AREN'T IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!
