Our child went one week and I so bothered by the lack of interaction, fact he always had a full diaper and was always crying and dirty when I picked him up that we pulled him out immediately. Yes, its new and in a great area. But compared to other daycares I felt like this was simply a babysitting service and nothing more. Watching on the web was horrible because I only saw one teacher on the floor playing with the kids once in an entire week... and that was as long as I could handle it. If you pay that much you would figure they would get off the rocking chairs and get on the floor and play with the kids every so often. We have since moved him to another school where on my random visit I found all the teachers having fun with the kids on the floor, with paint on his clothes, and a big smile on his face. So at the end of the day, if you are looking for simply a babysitting service, there is nothing wrong here. If you require fun and interaction with the kids, look elsewhere. (Sidenote: I did however hear great things about the location off Barker Cypress..) Pros: New, Good Location Cons: No interaction, Child always dirty and needing a diaper change!
