We keep seeing people saying bad things about this place so we decided to create this post. A friend of mine and I take our dogs to the grooming department at 'the pet store,"" she is writing a review as well sometime soon on here and she asked me to do the same. I took my two dachshunds in to be shaved by a guy named Chris a few months ago. He was so kind and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. He was there early when I got there, I think he was the only one there if I remember correctly. He was very kind and had a big smile on his face the whole time. He told me that he would call me as soon as my babys were ready and he even told me to feel free to call or even come up myself if I wanted to be comfortable they were ok. I had never been treated so kindly at a grromers before, especially by any here sense I moved to Midland. When they were done he called me to come get them and when I did he brought them out to me as friendly as he was that morning. They looked wonderful and they even seemed happy, which has never happened before anywhere else. I just want to say that anyone in this area looking for a kind, condiderate, professional and apparently experienced groomer should ask for Chris at the pet store. I will always be taking my babys to him.
