When I was approached to give Gracie Barra Jiu Jitsu a try, I was skeptical because I have never been interested in physical sports, I'm a single mom who works full time, and over the years have become out of shape. When I showed up for my free introductory class, I was greeted with the most friendly, patient, and understanding instructors. They worked with me at my own pace, praised me when I did well, and made me feel 10 times more comfortable than any gym I have ever been to. The facility was extremely clean, professional, and after my first session I was hooked!! Ladies...this is not just for guys!! They teach us techniques that could save our lives if ever put in a dangerous situation!! You HAVE to try out Rohnert Park Gracie Barra...its addicting!!!
