Very happy with the work that Jessi did on my uneven, thick eyebrows. I strayed from threading (been threading for many years, oh I am from the east coast - New jersy) and opted for waxing (bad idea) but in my defense I did not know there were salon's that did threading. Every salon that I ever came across did waxing and one fine day I moved to Santa clara ca and yelped and found Jessi With all the excellent reviews that I saw on yelp, thought I would try this. I have to say she has done an excellent job, giving me the brows that I wanted. She was very professional and asked what kind of shape I wanted and when she finished her work asked me to check and everything was perfect. She also asked whether I wanted any lotion or anything for my brows. Overall, a very pleasant experience, except for one thing, I did not tip her, shame on me. I guess I was in a rush, oh well I will definitely tip her when I go back the next time. Sorry Jessi ! Excellent work and you now have a repeat customer.next time i want to try her facial.
