Review content:
We went to Ping, and enjoyed our meal. We had several different things, and, except for the kobe beef skewers, they were all quite tasty. If you're looking for something interesting, I can definitely recommend the tea egg.
So, why am I not going back? Well, when the restaurant is full, they are happy to take your name and your cell phone number and then tell you you can't wait there. You are not allowed to wait at the restaurant for a table, period. They don't have the space and it's a fire hazard. The hostess was rad and apologized and tried shuffling stuff around to get us a table sooner, but I simply have no interest in going back to a place that says ""Thanks for trying, come back later, now get out."" If they moved even a few tables to create space for waiting customers, this review would instantly become 5 stars, but as it is, this one is a write off.
