My phone had been repaired by someone else but quickly stopped working. I made an appointment , he met me outside his business to help me find it, diagnosed the problem, repaired the Iphone, then thoroughly checked out his repair before returning the phone to me. You sit next to his workdesk while he works on your phone, not out in some waiting room. I was delighted with the service.
