Review content:
The entire office staff runs in a mode of the left hand NEVER knowing what the right hand is doing. It is very frustrating and feels like being in a room full of waterheads when you try to get a straight answer out of ANY ONE or ALL of them. You have to ask yourself who was bright enough to put these personable? no!, knowledgeable? no!, characters? yes!, in charge of handling things at a property the size of One 51 Place (over 300 apartments). I plan to move out just as soon as my lease ends and I have only been living here five months so far. The office staff here??? They are questionable at best!! It is like a big joke around here that they don't realize we the renters are the ones who provide the money that keeps them employed here and provides their paycheck! These people working here are the rudest, most unconcerned group of people in their league. The manager acts put out when she actually has to give you some of her time. When you try to contact her she is either out to lunch, on break, or on the phone, except when she is out of the office all together on a personal matter or at a meeting of some sort. Her staff has unbearable attitudes. I refuse to try to deal with any of them anymore. I simply drop my rent check in the drop box the first of every month as I drive off of the property headed for work. I am counting the months until the end of my twelve month lease here. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEKING A DECENT LUXURY APARTMENT HOME TO LIVE IN, TO KEEP LOOKING BEYOND ONE 51 PLACE IN ALACHUA, FL.
