I currently live in the Borchers community. I love my apartment more than any that I have rented prior. I have a lot of space and it really feels like home! I love living in the heart of the Tipp City community. Every thing in my apartment was brand new when I moved in. The only problem I have encountered was with my garbage disposal and I called in and reported it and the maintenance responded that same day! The ladies in the office are very helpful and friendly. I needed a place ASAP and they set me up and informed me of everything that I needed! My neighbors are really awesome and I couldnt ask for a better community!
