Review content:
Nothing has changed with Time Warner. They have never cared about their customers. But based on the reviews, I'm very lucky, I've gotten 25 months on my Digital DVR Cable Box, Scientific Atlanta. Now it is again pixelating and going off, as in NO WORKY, all by itself. The CSAgents no nothing about the service, the web site, the equipment, nuttin'! The spineless politicians will not put the Hamilton County franchise out for competitive bidding, which they should. Comcast is taking over the world, maybe they could save us here in Cincinnati. Do ya' thimk Mike Brown is the secret GM of Time Warner in Cinti? The Bungals and TW-Cinti sort-of operate the same way. Dunno, but it's worth pondering.
