Review content:
The salesperson showed up 20 minutes late and acted like it was no big deal when he finally arrived. I presented our project and what we were thinking. We were very flexible as far as price and product because we just didn't know yet how to tackle our project. Any other salesperson (including one of their main competitors) would take that opportunity to present a number of different options and different price points and really lead the sale (usually to a higher profit for the company). This person was here no more than 5 minutes. He looked around and said, ""we can't help you."" He offered no explaination as to why he couldn't help. No recommendations for someone who would. Nothing. And he walked out. We already had a quote from another local company that had no problem quoting us and never said anything like that. He was just lazy! I am very disappointed in his lack of professionalism and overall skill from a company that is supposed to be one of the best in the area. It was a complete waste of time and I will not consider them again for any other projects nor would I ever recommend them to any friends or coworkers.
Cons: Late, unprofessional, lazy, not helpful whatsoever
