When I was searching for a new transmission shop for my FLEET, I called ROB to come out to our location. I explained what I wanted and in return he explained what he could do as far as time and money. I have had several shops that talk a good game wanting your business and many have received it only to be disappointed in the time frame and the final cost. I?m well aware that each model year and make of vehicle presents a different situation along with the condition of the transmission when received. Rob has always kept me up to date on the status of each the current job.
I?m only going to use one word to describe my relationship with Grapevine Automatic, and that is trust.
