I wish I could give them a zero, because that's what they deserve. I took my car in to be repaired after some hail damage. They keep the car about FORTY days, even though my insurance only covered thirty days of rental car use. So I ended up paying out of pocket for ten days of the rental, which cost me over $200.00. When I did get the car back, there was a scratch on the passenger side window, which was out of alignment, and a loud rattle from the front of the car. I took the car back to have them fix these items (incurring another four days of rental car expenses). They said they wouldn't fix the window since they didn't work on the window (just the roof which is obviously in contact with the window which now was not sealing agains the roof). They also claimed they couldn't find what was causing the rattle. I took the car to my dealership which, in about five minutes, found a lose bolt attaching the hood to the car which they fixed for free. I had to pay out of pocket to have the window fixed. So it the end, they took more than a month to do a shoddy job. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS.
